Have never been disappointed. It will always be "Yogi in the Smokies" to me, but the transition to new ownership has been a positive one. And as always, staff is great. We come in May, July, and September and this campground will always be a special place for me, and my family.

What a great place! Lots of wildlife and absolutely kid friendly atmosphere. They even have a small arcade. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Rooms clean and tidy with everything you need!

Annual Fireside Circle in September was amazing. Our cabin was great - we went with the bathroom instead of the kitchen. 100% amazing deck by the river. Already rebooked. Can’t wait to come back in May.

We come here twice a year for Fireside Circle and have been for quite some time. The staff is wonderful! The cabins are great! The property is clean and we like to keep it that way. Enjoyed our stay. Great spot to get away and relax and enjoy family. Upon arrival, we simply pulled our campers in, and once we got to the office, we were greeted by staff that helped navigate us to our spot. They have a playhouse for kids to hang out and play basketball. They also have a playground for small kids to play on, and then they have a sandpit for smaller kids as well. They have a small arcade room that costs 25 cents to 50 cents to play games. They have a bill exchanger in the arcade room in case the kids need more coins and also for the laundry room as well. In the laundry room, be sure to check the lint before and after use so the dryer will work the best way. Bathe houses can get messy when people are swimming in the river. They have activities for the kids at different times, and once in a while, they will ride the train around the park. Very family-oriented. We will be back at spot 56.
